JUPEB currently provides a wide array of examinations encompassing a total of nineteen (19) subjects, as meticulously outlined in its comprehensive syllabuses.

The available subjects encompassed under the Arts & Humanities department include Christian Religious Studies, French, History, Igbo, Islamic Religious Studies, Literature-in-English, Music, Visual Arts, and Yoruba. On the other hand, in the Management & Social Sciences department, students can explore various subjects such as Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, Geography and Government. Lastly, for those interested in the Sciences field of study, there are offerings in Agricultural Science as well as different branches of Biology (such as Botany and Zoology), Chemistry (including Organic and Inorganic Chemistry), Mathematics (covering topics like Algebra and Calculus), and Physics.
